Using Nod
You must be 18 or over, and you may only connect accounts you are allowed to use. You are responsible for what you approve Nod to send.
AI can be wrong
Nod uses artificial intelligence. Its summaries, priorities and drafts can be incomplete or incorrect, so check anything important. Always read a draft before you approve it. Nod is not a source of legal, medical or financial advice.
Plans and payment
Nod has a free plan and paid plans, Pro and Max, each with a monthly allowance of chats and natural voice shown in the app. When an allowance runs out it refills with your next month, and natural voice falls back to your iPhone's voice.
Paid plans are auto-renewing monthly subscriptions, bought through and billed by Apple to your Apple Account. They renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the month, in your Apple Account's subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple. Deleting your Nod account doesn't cancel your subscription.
WhatsApp and Instagram need a paid plan. If your plan ends, Nod stops reading and sending through them until you subscribe again.
Fair use
Don't misuse Nod, try to reach other people's data, or use it to send spam.
The service
Nod is provided as it is. We may change it, limit it or stop it, and connected services such as Gmail or WhatsApp may change or stop working with it.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
